摘　　要：通过制定系列试验方案,采用金相、硬度等手段对新型热轧工作辊材料的组织及性能进行分析,确定最佳淬火温度及时间;依据实验数据结果,对产品进行试制生产,验证工艺参数的可靠性和稳定性。After a series of heat treatment experiment in laboratory,the new material for making the roll of hot strip mills subjects to metallographic test and hardness test to analyze its microstructure and mechanical properties in order to detemine the optimal quenching temperature and time.Based on the experiment result,the material is put into trial production of rolls for hot strip mills to verify the reliability and stability of the heat treatment process parameters.
