摘　　要：对比分析不同坯料尺寸对模拟焊后热处理(SPWHT)SA-516 Gr.70钢板微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,小坯料SPWHT后会在晶界处析出碳化物,冲击韧性明显下降。The paper tests and compares the microstructure and mechanical properties of test coupon in different size cut from SA-516 Cr.70 steel plates after simulated postwelding heat treatment,and finds out that carbides precipitate at the grain boundary of small test coupons and the impact toughness decreases significantly.
