摘　　要：针对组合压缩机运行过程中,压力、温度及流量等参数变化规律性差,难以实现可靠监控的现状。通过对活塞环式密封和迷宫式密封的特性分析,设计基于TIA Portal组态的2D-90往复式压缩机监控系统。经过仿真和实验,证明该系统能实时监控组合压缩机的工作状态及参数变化,实现设备运行状态的调整,使组合压缩机运行的稳定性能够满足实际生产要求。A TIA Portal-based monitoring system for the 2D-90 reciprocating compressor is designed on the basis of the characteristics analysis to piston ring seals and labyrinth seals in order to solve the problem about failure in reliable monitor to the combined compressor due to irregular change of pressure,temperature,flow and other parameters during the operation.The simulation and test proves the monitoring system can perform real-time motoring to the working condition and parameter change of the compressor for adjustment of the working condition in order to allow compressor to work as stably as required by real operation.
