摘 要:为掌握主梁钢混结合段中钢构件与混凝土构件的受力性能及两者之间力的传递情况,通过ANSYS软件建立有限元模型并分析最不利荷载工况下结合段局部受力性能.结果表明:通过结合段的承压板、焊钉连接件及开孔钢板等连接件,钢梁段的内力能较为平顺地传递至混凝土梁段;钢格室内填混凝土在预应力锚固处存在较大的应力集中;焊钉承受最大剪力约为37 kN;后承压板承担67.2%轴力,焊钉连接件承担16.9%轴力,其余轴力由开孔钢板连接件承担.可为钢混结合段的设计和施工提供参考借鉴.In order to know well the force performance of the steel components and the concrete components in the main beam steel mixing section and the force transmission between the two,the finite element model is established by using ANSYS software and the partial force performance of the binding section under the most unfavorable load condition is analyzed.The results show that through the pressure bearing plate,welding nail connector and open steel plate,the internal force of the steel beam section is relatively smoothly transmitted to the concrete beam section;steel grid indoor filled with concrete has a large stress concentration at the prestressed anchor.The welded connectors bear a maximum shear of about 37 kN.The axial force of the rear pressure-bearing plate reaches 67.2%.Welding connector shall bear 16.9%axial force.The remaining axial force shall be borne by the open steel plate connections.This can provide reference for the design and construction of steel mixing section.
