摘　　要：分析了废弃手机回收的影响因素,发现回收物流网络规划是提高回收率的关键问题。对废弃手机回收物流网络特性进行分析,建立回收物流网络模型,提出求解方式。最后以上海市为例,使用该模型建立手机回收物流网络,并对回收率变动情况下模型的敏感度进行分析。In this paper,we analyzed the influencing factors of waste mobile phone recycling,and found that the planning of recycling logistics network is the key to improve recycling rate.Then,we analyzed the characteristics of the waste mobile phone recycling logistics network,established a recycling logistics network model,and proposed a method to solve it.Finally,taking Shanghai as an example,we used the model to establish the mobile phone recycling logistics network of the city,and analyzed the sensitivity of the model with different recycling rates.
