麻杏甘石汤治疗小儿热哮型急性喘息性支气管炎疗效及对血清EOS、NO水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察麻杏甘石汤治疗小儿热哮型急性喘息性支气管炎(AAB)疗效及对血清嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法86例热哮型AAB患儿为研究对象按照就诊顺序编号后,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组患儿予以西医常规治疗措施,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以麻杏甘石汤治疗,两组均治疗7 d。比较两组临床疗效和治疗前后的主要症状评分,观察两组治疗前后的血清EOS、NO和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果观察组临床总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后咳嗽、喘息、咯痰稠黄、胸膈满闷症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后EOS、NO、IL-6水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻杏甘石汤治疗小儿热哮型AAB疗效良好,可改善患儿临床症状,降低血清中EOS和NO水平,改善炎症反应。Objective:To investigate the effect of Maxing Ganshi Decoction on children′s acute asthmatic bron⁃chitis(AAB)with heat asthma and its effect on serum eosinophils(EOS)and nitric oxide(NO)levels.Methods:A total of 86 children with fever type AAB were numbered according to the order of treatment,they were divided into the observation groups(n=43)and control group(n=43)by a random number table method.Children in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Maxing Ganshi Decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The clini⁃cal efficacy and the main symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the differences in serum EOS,NO and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels between the two groups before and after treat⁃ment were observed.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%,which was sig⁃nificantly higher than the 76.74%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms of cough,wheezing,thick yellow sputum,and full chest and diaphragm in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of EOS,NO and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maxing Ganshi Decoction has a good effect in treating children with fever-type AAB.It can improve the clinical symptoms of children,re⁃duce the level of EOS and NO in serum,and improve the inflammation.It has certain clinical application and pro⁃motion value.
