摘  要:采用半球形刚性凸模胀形试验法研究了轧制差厚板成形极限,分析了轧制差厚板不同厚度区域成形极限,获得轧制差厚板成形破裂规律。研究结果表明,在有效宽度一定时,试样杯突值随着板料厚度增大而增大,当板料厚度一定时,杯突值随有效宽度增大而减小;轧制差厚板的破裂首先发生在较薄一侧的区域或两种区域的交界处,随着裂纹的扩展,裂纹逐渐向较薄的一侧发生偏移;轧制差厚板在成形过程中比等厚板更容易出现应力集中,其应变分布更加不均匀,降低了轧制差厚板的成形性能。The forming limit of tailor rolled blank(TRB)was investigated by the hemispherical rigid convex bulging test method.The forming limits of different thickness zones of TRB were analyzed,and the forming fracture law was obtained.The results show that the Erichsen value increases with the increase of the thickness when the effective width is constant,while the Erichsen value decreases with the increase of the effective width when the thickness is constant.The fracture of TRB first occurs in the thinner zone or at the junction of the two zones with different thickness,and then the crack gradually shifts to the thinner zone.Compared with the blank with same thickness,the stress concentration of TRB occurs easily,and the strain distribution is more uneven during the forming process,which reduces the formability of TRB.
