摘　　要：本文介绍了一款基于STM32的智能车牌识别系统。该系统分为主机端,从机端和服务器端。主机端负责显示和控制闸机,服务器端即是数据库,用来存放车牌数据。主机和服务器端通过网口通信,进行外界获取的车牌信息与服务器中存储信息的比对。主机和从机通过RS485接口进行通信,进行外界车牌信息的传输。从机端包含车牌识别模块和语音播报模块,车牌识别模块从外界获取车牌图像并进行数据转换,语音播报模块主要由MY1690模块和一个无源喇叭组成,使用语音合成技术(TTS技术)进行语音的采集。This paper introduces an intelligent license plate recognition system based on STM32.The system is divided into host side,slave side and server side.The host is responsible for the display and control of the gate,the server is the database used to store license plate data.The host communicates with the server through the network port to compare the license plate information obtained from the outside with information stored in the server.The host and slave communicate with each other through RS485 interface to transmit external license plate information.The slave includes license plate recognition module and voice broadcast module.The license plate recognition module obtains license plate images from the outside world and converts data.The voice broadcast module is mainly composed of MY1690 module and a passive speaker,and uses voice synthesis technology(TTS technology)to collect voice.
