毓麟2号方对男性不育伴精索静脉曲张患者精液参数及精子DNA碎片指数的影响

摘　　要：目的观察毓麟2号方对肾虚瘀阻型男性不育伴精索静脉曲张患者精液参数及精子DNA碎片指数(DNA-fragmetation index,DFI)的影响。方法将118例肾虚瘀阻型男性不育伴精索静脉曲张患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组59例。治疗组给予毓麟2号方,对照组给予迈之灵片联合五子衍宗丸。比较两组患者临床综合疗效和中医证候疗效以及治疗前后精液参数、DFI。结果治疗后,两组患者精子密度、精子活力、前向运动精子百分率以及正常精子率等较治疗前显著升高,精子畸形率显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组精子参数明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组DFI显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者临床综合疗效和中医证候疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论毓麟2号方可改善男性不育伴精索静脉曲张患者精液参数,降低DFI,提高精液质量。Objective To investigate the effect of Yulin Prescription No.2 on semen parameters and sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI)in male patients with infertility and varicocele with the syndrome of kidney deficiency and stasis.Methods A total of 118 male patients with infertility and varicocele with the syndrome of kidney deficiency and stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 59 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Yulin Prescription No.2,and those in the control group were given Aescuven forte Tablet combined with Wuzi Yanzong Pill.The two groups were compared in terms of overall clinical outcome,treatment outcome of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,and semen parameters and sperm DFI before and after treatment.Results After treatment,both groups had significant increases in sperm density,sperm motility,percentage of forward motile sperm,and normal sperm rate and a significant reduction in the rate of sperm deformation(P<0.05),and the treatment group had significantly better sperm parameters than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group had a significantly lower DFI than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in overall clinical outcome and the treatment outcome of TCM syndrome(P>0.05).Conclusion For male patients with infertility and varicocele,Yulin Prescription No.2 can improve semen parameters,reduce DFI,and increase semen quality.
