摘 要:【目的】分析高原粳稻主栽品种的遗传状况,寻找与农艺性状相关联的分子标记,为水稻新品种选育提供参考。【方法】在2种海拔条件下调查81份高原粳稻主栽品种的农艺性状,并利用48个SSR标记对供试品种进行多态性扫描和群体遗传结构分析,在此基础上采用Tassel 2.1 MLM(MixedLinear Model)方法进行SSR标记与农艺性状的关联分析。【结果】37个SSR标记在供试品种间具有多态性,共检测出139个等位变异,变异范围为2~10个,平均3.76个。群体遗传结构分析将供试品种分为2个亚群,关联分析表明,在P<0.05水平,2种环境下均检测出RM1195和RM209分别与株高和千粒重相关联,RM267、RM332、RM490、RM583和RM590与结实率相关联,各标记对表型变异的解释率在0.074~0.352。而在P<0.001水平,只有RM332与结实率相关联,该分子标记位于11号染色体上。【结论】检测出的7个标记可以为高原粳稻杂交配组及分子标记辅助育种提供理论依据。【Objective】 In order to provide theoretical basis for crossing and molecular marker assisted breeding of plateau japonica rice, the genetic structure and SSR markers associated with agronomic traits were analyzed.【Method】 The agronomic characters of 81 plateau japonica rice cultivar was investigated under two altitude conditions, and 48 SSR markers were used to detect the polymorphism and analyze the genetic structure, and then the association between SSR markers and agronomic traits was analyzed by the 2.1 MLM(Mixed Linear Model) method. 【Result】 There were a total of 139 allele tested by 37 SSR markers with polymorphic among 81 varieties, the allele ranging from 2 to 10, with an average of 3.76. The tested varieties were divided into two sub-populations by population genetic structure analysis. Association analysis showed that RM1195 and RM209 were associated with plant height and 1000-grain weight, respectively. While RM267,RM332,RM490,RM583 and RM590 were associated with seed setting rate at the level of P<0.05 under both conditions, and the rate of explanation on the phenotype of related marker ranged from 0.074 to 0.352. However, only RM332 was associated with seed setting rate at the level of P<0. 001, and the SSR markers was located on chromosome 11.【Conclusion】These markers detected in the study provide theoretical basis for crossing and molecular marker assisted breeding of plateau japonica rice.
