摘  要:【目的】开展微胚乳油用玉米主要品质性状和产量性状的相关和通径分析,明确微胚乳玉米主要品质性状和产量性状与含油量的关系,为选育更多高含油量微胚乳玉米品种提供参考依据。【方法】选用2个高油酸、高含油率微胚乳玉米自交系和6个中低油酸、中低含油率微胚乳玉米自交系,按NCⅡ设计组配12个微胚乳玉米杂交组合,对其主要品质性状和产量性状进行相关分析和通径分析。【结果】12个微胚乳玉米杂交组合玉米粕的粗蛋白含量为27.67%~33.33%,其中,组合11的粗蛋白含量最高,组合8的粗蛋白含量最低。各微胚乳玉米杂交组合整粒含油率为24.54%~28.95%,含油率最高的是组合11,含油率最低的是组合6。油酸含量的变化范围为42.67%~47.80%,其中,油酸含量最高的是组合8,最低的是组合1;亚油酸含量范围为31.90%~40.93%,其中,亚油酸含量最高的是组合1,最低的是组合8;亚麻酸含量的变化范围为0.64%~0.79%,其中,亚麻酸含量最高的是组合9,最低的是组合8。相关分析结果表明,单穗含油量与单穗粒重和百粒重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01,下同),单穗粒重与百粒重呈极显著正相关,油酸含量与亚油酸含量呈极显著负相关,油酸含量与粗蛋白含量和含油率呈不显著正相关(P>0.05)。通径分析结果表明,5个原因性状对单穗含油量的直接影响程度排序为单穗粒重>含油率>亚油酸含量>粗蛋白含量>油酸含量。单穗粒重、含油率、亚油酸含量和粗蛋白含量的直接效应为正向效应,油酸含量的直接效应为极小的负向效应。【结论】微胚乳玉米杂交组合的单穗粒重与单穗含油量呈极显著正相关,且单穗粒重对单穗含油量的通径系数最大,表明提高微胚乳玉米杂交组合的单穗粒重最利于提高其单穗含油量。【Objective】In order to select micro-endosperm maize with high oil content, understand the effects of quality and yield traits on oil content of micro-endosperm maize, correlation and path analysis of main quality and yield traits of micro endosperm oil maize were studied.【Method】Two micro-endosperm corn inbred lines with high oleic acid and high oil percentage and six micro-endosperm corn inbred lines with low and medium oleic acid and low and medium oil percentage were selected in this experiment, and 12 cross combinations of micro-endosperm corn were designed according to NCⅡ,correlation and path analysis of main quality and yield traits were studied.【Result】The crude protein content of maize meal of 12 micro endosperm maize hybrid combinations were 27.67%-33.33%. The highest crude protein content was combination 11,and the lowest was combination 8. The oil percentage of micro endosperm maize hybrid combinations were 24.54%-28.95%. Combination 11 had the highest oil percentage, and combination 6 had the lowest oil percentage. The content of oleic acid varied from 42.67% to 47.80%,among which the highest was combination 8,and the lowest was combination 1. The content of linoleic acid ranged from 31.90% to 40.93%,among which the highest was combination 1,and the lowest was combination 8. The content of linolenic acid varied from 0.64% to 0.79%,among which the highest was combination 9,and the lowest was combination 8. Correlation analysis showed that the oil content per ear was extremely positively correlated with the kernel weight per ear and the 100 kernel weight(P<0.01,the same as below). The kernel weight per ear was positively correlated with the 100 kernel weight. There was no significantly positive correlation between the content of oleic acid and the content of crude protein and oil percentage(P>0.05),but a significant negative correlation between the content of oleic acid and the content of linoleic acid. Path analysis results showed that the direct influence sort of the five causal traits
