摘  要:【目的】为深入研究植物病毒—介体昆虫—寄主植物三者互作关系及机制提供科学的理论基础。【方法】以3个不同番茄品种为供试植物,MED烟粉虱为供试昆虫及近年来发现的云南本地双生病毒的优势种PaLCuCNV和TYLCTHV为供试病毒,探究烟粉虱取食、双生病毒侵染及烟粉虱与双生病毒互作对番茄生长发育特性及SA和JA信号途径防御基因表达的影响。【结果】与对照相比,不同处理均能引起番茄植株高度、地上部鲜重和干重的降低,不同处理与不同材料之间差异较大,总体表现为烟粉虱与双生病毒互作较烟粉虱取食、双生病毒侵染对植株高度、地上部鲜重和干重的影响较大。此外,不同处理普遍引起番茄JA和SA信号途径防御基因不同程度的上调表达,只是SA信号途径基因上调幅度较JA信号途径基因的上调幅度大。【结论】植物病毒—介体昆虫—寄主植物之间的互作关系及机制复杂多样,因植物种类、昆虫种类及病毒种类的不同而不同程度地影响植物生长发育及防御基因的表达。【Objective】This study aimed to provide scientific theoretical foundation for further resolving the virus-insect-plant triadic interaction and the underlying mechanism.【Method】Three tomato varieties, MED whitefly, PaLCuCNV and TYLCTHV,the newly-discovered dominant geminivirus in Yunnan province were used to study the impact of whitefly feeding, virus infection and virus-whitefly interaction on the growth, development and the expression of genes in SA and JA signaling pathway.【Result】The results showed that various treatments induced the reduction of plant height, shoot fresh and dry weight of tomatoes, with significant difference between treatments and tomato varieties.It showed a general trend that virus-whitefly interaction had a bigger impact on plant growth and development than just whitefly feeding or virus infection.In addition, defensive genes in SA and JA signaling pathway were up-regulated with varying degree by different treatments, and the degree was higher in SA signaling pathway.【Conclusion】The virus-insect-plant triadic relation and the underlying mechanism was diverse and complicated.Different combination of plant, virus and insects affected the growth and development of tomatoes and the expression of defense response genes in different degree.
