摘  要:【目的】明确草莓杂交品种及其亲本遗传背景。【方法】试验筛选出10条可用于草莓杂交品种及其亲本遗传背景分析的ISSR引物,利用该组引物对12份遗传背景复杂的草莓试验材料进行遗传背景分析。【结果】亲本之间、亲本与子代之间及亲本与组培变异株之间平均遗传距离分别为0.3258、0.2607和0.1981,平均遗传相似系数分别为0.6551、0.7478和0.7672,聚类分析和多维尺度分析均表明遗传背景比较狭窄,并证明本试验中的10条ISSR引物可成为草莓遗传背景分析的有力工具。【结论】草莓遗传背景分析将为其种质创新奠定基础。【Objective】The present paper aimed to clarify the genetic background of strawberry hybrids and their parents.【Method】10 ISSR primers were selected for genetic background analysis of strawberry hybrids and parents.We used the 10 ISSR primers to analyze 12 strawberry cultivars with complex genetic background.【Result】Between the parents, parents and their hybrids, parent and its tissue cultivating variants, the average genetic distances were 0.3258,0.2607 and 0.1981 respectively, and the average genetic similarity coefficient were 0.6551,0.7478 and 0.7672,respectively.The clustering analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis confirmed that strawberry cultivars had a relatively narrow genetic background between the tested materials, indicating that the selected 10 ISSR primers can be a powerful tool for strawberry genetic background analysis.【Conclusion】The genetic background analysis of strawberry will lay a foundation for germplasm innovation.
