摘  要:目的:构建互联网医疗质量与安全管理体系,为互联网医疗的发展提供监管思路,助力"健康中国2030"战略的实现。方法:基于全面质量管理理论与体系,结合南昌大学第一附属医院在互联网医院的实践,梳理当前互联网医疗的主要3种形式,并对其医疗流程及质量控制提出管理思路。结果:远程会诊、远程诊断、互联网医院的医疗质量与安全管理需结合自身特点建立相应的管理体系。结论:探索构建互联网医疗质量与安全管理体系应根据实际情况,做出相应的管理对策,但组织承诺、组织架构、患者导向、流程导向和持续改进等方面必须做到与传统医疗的同质化管理。Objective:To build an Internet medical quality and safety management system,provide regulatory ideas for the development of Internet medical care,and help the realization of the"Healthy China 2030"strategy.Methods:Based on the theory and system of total quality management,combined with the practice of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University in Internet hospitals,sort out the current three main forms of Internet medical care,and put forward management ideas for its medical process and quality control.Results:The medical quality and safety management of remote consultation,remote diagnosis,and Internet hospitals need to establish a corresponding management system based on their own characteristics.Conclusion:Exploring the construction of an Internet medical quality and safety management system should make corresponding management countermeasures based on actual conditions,but organizational commitment,organizational structure,patient orientation,process orientation and continuous improvement must be homogenized with traditional medical care manage.
