摘　　要：医生工作地点的开放性、服务对象的不确定性、工作时间的不固定性,使得其工作流程频繁中断。作者通过文献阅读,分析医生工作流程中断内涵,归纳了国内外医生工作流程中断研究发展的现状,包括定义、发生原因及分类、带来的影响、干预研究;并从医院、患者、医生等层面提出相应的优化措施,以改善目前医生的工作环境,保障卫生健康事业的可持续发展。The characteristics of openness of the workplace,uncertainty of service objects,and irregular working time have caused doctors’workflow to be interrupted frequently.Through literature reading,this article analyzes the concept of doctors’workflow interruption and summarizes the status quo of research and development of doctors’workflow interruption in China and foreign countries,including definition,cause and classification,impact,and intervention research.And put forward corresponding optimization measures from the aspects of hospitals,patients,doctors,etc,in order to improve the current working environment of doctors,and ensure the sustainable development of health services.
