摘　　要：目的:调查公立医院医生职业风险感知现状及其影响因素。方法:编制医生职业风险感知量表,调查医生职业风险感知现状,对浙江省7所医院的251名医生进行线上线下相结合的问卷调查。结果:医生职业风险感知量表(工作负荷、医患矛盾、职业损害、经济风险)Cronbachα系数为0.944,各维度Cronbachα系数在0.7以上,KMO为0.909。医生感知到的风险可能性、严重性以及总均分分别为3.91±0.56、3.55±0.69、14.40±4.14。医院等级、工作时长、职务、科室是医生职业风险感知的重要影响因素。结论:本研究编制的医生职业风险感知量表具有较好的信效度;国内公立医院医生感知到的职业风险较高,需要重点关注三级医院、急诊科、每周工作时间过长的医生,降低其职业风险感知。Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of doctors’occupational risk perception in public hospitals.Method:The occupational risk perception scale of doctors was developed to investigate the current situation of doctors’occupational risk perception.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 251 doctors from 7 hospitals in Zhejiang Province using online and offline methods.Results:Cronbach coefficient of doctors’occupational risk perception scale(workload,doctor-patient conflict,occupational injury,economic risk)was 0.944,and the Cronbach coefficient of all dimensions was above 0.7,and KMO was 0.909.The probability,severity and total mean scores of risk perceived by doctors were 3.91±0.56、3.55±0.69、14.40±4.14.Hospital grade,working time,position and department are the important influencing factors of doctors’occupational risk perception.Conclusion:The occupational risk perception scale of doctors developed in this study has good reliability and validity.The occupational risk perceived by doctors in public hospitals in China is relatively high,so it is necessary to pay more attention to tertiary hospitals,emergency departments and doctors who work excessively long hours per week to reduce their occupational risk perception.
