摘　　要：目的:探讨新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来,北京友谊医院平谷医院作为区级定点救治医院,如何严格管控、积极应对、全面建立以"零感染"为目标的医院防控管理体系。方法:医院建章立制、强化关口前移,分别从工作流程、人、物、环境等方面着手建立防控体系,重视门急诊防控、加强病房管理、加大环境卫生清洁消毒力度、开展全员培训、严格落实物资管控等防控环节及策略。结果:医院门急诊及住院工作运转良好,2020年1~6月共接诊75名可疑高危患者。所有来院患者及医务人均未出现感染新冠肺炎,阶段性实现了"零感染"目标。结论:以"零感染"为目标的医院管理工作体系,强化责任意识,切实把各项工作落细、落实,效果显著,为医院在今后应对突发卫生事件提供参考。Objective: To explore how to set up a series of virus prevention and control management systems aiming at ‘Zero Infection’ by strict management and positive actions in Beijing Friendship Hospital PingGu Hospital, as the nominated hospital of COVID-19 patients of Pinggu District. Methods: The hospital established rules and regulations, and deployed preventive methods at early stage, and set up the prevention and control system from the aspects of ‘work process’,’human’,’medical supplies’ and ‘environment’, and paid attention to the take comprehensive actions in outpatient and emergency departments, and strengthened ward management, and strengthened environmental sanitation,cleaning and disinfection, and carried out all staff training, strictly controlled physical assets and other prevention and control strategies.Results: Outpatient,emergency and inpatient departments are all in good function and no patients and medical staff have been found COVID-19, though received 75 fever cases with epidemic factors during January to June 2020, no one infected COVID-19, achieved the goal of ‘Zero Infection’ in stages. Conclusion: The hospital management system with the goal of ‘Zero Infection’ strengthens the sense of responsibility, conscientiously implements all work, and achieves remarkable results, it can provide a benchmark reference for the hospital to deal with emergency health events in the future.
