高热环境下部队卫勤保障的现状与思考

摘　　要：环境因素影响着部队的日常训练和军事行动,高温环境军事作业容易导致热损伤。高热环境对医护人员的工作、伤病员救治、药品储运和仪器性能、伤病员心理方面都有较明显的影响。根据驻地环境,同抓教育训练、筹备研究结合、精细规范环境、完善现有预案。降低高热环境对军事训练和卫勤保障的不良影响,切实服务热区部队,提高战斗力,对部队卫勤保障来说也是非常重要的工作。Environmental factors affect the daily training and military operations of the troops.Military operations in high temperature environments can easily lead to thermal damage.The high-heat environment has more obvious effects on the work of medical staff,the treatment of the wounded and sick,the storage and transportation of drugs and the performance of instruments,and the psychology of the wounded and sick.According to the resident environment,education and training are carried out at the same time,preparation and research are combined,the environment is finely regulated,and the existing plan is improved.Reducing the negative impact of the high-heat environment on military training and medical support,effectively serving the troops in the hot areas,and improving combat effectiveness are also very important tasks for military medical support.
