低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术联合颈部硬膜外阻滞术治疗颈椎病的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨颈椎病患者实施低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术联合颈部硬膜外阻滞术的效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年6月西安市高陵区医院100例颈椎病患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组各50例。对照组实施颈部硬膜外阻滞术,观察组先实施低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术,再实施颈部硬膜外阻滞术。比较2组总有效率、术后并发症发生率、颈性眩晕评分、颈椎残障评分、疼痛评分。结果观察组临床总有效率96.00%,高于对照组82.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率6.00%与对照组2.00%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月,与对照组相比,观察组颈性眩晕评分更高,其颈椎残障、疼痛评分均更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈部硬膜外阻滞术联合低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术可有效缓解颈椎病患者症状,疗效显著,并发症风险低。Objective To investigate the effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of nucleoplasty with cervical epidural block in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,100 patients with cervical spondylosis in Gaoling District Hospital were divided into 2 groups with 50 cases in accordance with the random number table method.The control group received cervical epidural anesthesia,and the observation group received low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of nucleoplasty,and then cervical epidural anesthesia.The total effective rate,postoperative complication rate,cervical vertigo score,cervical disability score,and pain score were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of 96.00% in the observation group was higher than 82.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of observation group was 6.00% compared with 2.00% of control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Six months after surgery,compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher cervical vertigo score,and its cervical disability and pain scores were lower,and the difference was statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion Cervical epidural anesthesia combined with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of nucleoplasty can effectively relieve the symptoms of cervical spondylosis patients,with significant curative effect and low risk of complications.
