摘 要:目的通过对脑肿瘤患者行MRI检查与病理检查,研究氢质子磁共振波谱(^(1)H-MRS)成像对脑内肿瘤的诊断价值。方法选取延安大学附属医院心脑血管分院2017年1月至2019年6月颅内占位性病变患者65例作为研究对象,行头颅磁共振波谱成像检查及病理检查明确颅内占位性病变的性质,并回顾性分析其影像学检查结果。结果全部脑肿瘤患者的肿瘤实质区均表现为N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)与肌酸(Cr)降低,而胆碱(Cho)峰升高。各种脑肿瘤之间代谢产物的峰值有差异,颅内肿瘤患者MR增强检查配合核磁共振波谱成像对肿瘤的检出率为95.38%,特别是对额颞叶肿瘤的诊断更为准确。结论磁共振波谱成像检查对颅内肿瘤诊断的准确率较高,可以提高临床诊疗效果。Objective To study the diagnostic value of hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy ^(1)H-MRS imaging for brain tumors by performing MRI and pathological examinations on patients with brain tumors.Methods A total of 68 patients with intracranial space-occupying lesions were examined by MRI from January 2017 to June 2019.Pathological examination was carried out to determine the nature of intracranial space-occupying lesions,and the imaging findings were analyzed retrospectively.Results The tumor parenchymal area of all brain tumor patients showed N-acetylaspartic acid(NAA) and creatine(Cr)decrease,while the choline(Cho) peak increased.The peak metabolites of various brain tumors were different.Intracranial tumor patients with enhanced MR examination and MRI can detect tumors as 95.38%,especially for the diagnosis of frontotemporal lobe tumors.Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of magnetic resonance spectroscopy is high,which can improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of intracranial tumors.
