“双减”背景下连云港市K12校外体育培训市场问题分析及对策

摘　　要："双减"政策颁布以后,连云港市K12校外体育培训市场中符合标准的机构增多,培训时间延后至周末;部分培训机构学员人数减少,持有专业资质的教练员占比较低;教练员流动性强、流失率高;培训机构收费更加规范,但存在价格竞争现象;培训机构缺乏自建场地。为更好地推动连云港市K12校外体育培训市场的健康稳定发展,地方政府和相关职能部门可以加大政策扶持力度,制定体育培训机构的市场准入机制和培训标准;培训机构应该多渠道培养复合型教练人才,与学校开展合作以解决场地匮乏的难题。After promulgating “Double Subtraction”policy,the number of institutions of off-campus sports training market in K12 which meet the criteria has been increased,many training has postponed to the weekend;student number in some of the training institution has been decreased,the proportion of coaches with professional qualifications is relatively low;the separation rate and mobility are high;the training institution’s training project fees are relatively reasonable with existing price competition;training institutions are lack of self-built venues.To promote the healthy and stable development of off-campus sports training market in K12 in Lianyungang,local governments can intensity the efforts of support to off-campus sports training institutions,formulate admission and training standards for sports training institutions;training institutions should cultivate composite coaches through multiple channels and cooperate with schools to solve the problem of lack of sports field.
