四川遂宁地区表观健康老年人群血细胞分析参考区间的适宜性验证

摘　　要：目的验证《中国老年健康人群血常规检测结果多中心调查》文中表7提供的中国老年健康人群血细胞分析参考区间是否适用于遂宁地区的表观健康老年人群。方法参照行业标准WS/T402-2012、WS/T405-2012及其他文献制定纳入标准及排除标准,从遂宁市中心医院体检人群中共募集1023例60~79岁的老年表观健康个体,按性别和年龄段分为4个亚组,验证各亚组血细胞分析检测结果落在参考区间范围内的比率(符合率)是否≥90%。符合率≥90%则表示参考区间验证通过;验证未通过或未提供参考区间时,则以非参数方法建立其参考区间(P_(2.5)~P_(97.5))。结果各亚组红细胞及白细胞相关参数的检测结果均90%以上落在《中国老年健康人群血常规检测结果多中心调查》文中表7提供的参考区间范围内,参考区间验证通过;而男性70~79岁年龄段血小板计数(PLT)的检测结果仅83.41%落在参考区间范围内,其符合率<90%,参考区间验证未通过。遂宁地区老年表观健康人群红细胞体积分布宽度-变异系数(RDW-CV)、红细胞体积分布宽度-标准差(RDW-SD)、PLT、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板压积(PCT)、血小板大细胞比率(P-LCR)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)的参考区间依次为:40.3~52.6fL、11.9%~15.1%、(96~284)×10^(9)/L、10.8~23.5fL、23.3%~60.8%、0.12%~0.32%、9.7~14.6fL。遂宁地区老年表观健康人群PLT的参考区间与成都地区较一致,而与北京、上海等地区存在一定的差异。结论《中国老年健康人群血常规检测结果多中心调查》文中表7提供的中国老年健康人群血细胞分析参考区间除PLT外均适用于遂宁地区的表观健康老年人群,且不同地区PLT的参考区间均存在一定的差异,各实验室在验证该参考区间时,应重点关注PLT参考区间的适宜性。Objective To verify whether the reference range of blood cell analysis in Chinese healthy elderly population provided in Table 7 from the Multicenter Survey of Blood Routine Examination in Apparently Healthy Elderly Population in China is applicable to the apparently healthy elderly population in Suining.Methods According to industry standards WS/T402-2012,WS/T405-2012 and other literatures,the inclusion and exclusion criteria were formulated.1,023 apparently healthy elderly individuals aged from 60 to 79 years were divided into 4 groups according to gender and age.We analyzed whether the ratio(coincidence rate)of blood cell analysis test results in each group falling within the reference interval was≥90%,in which case,the verification in the reference interval was considered to be passed.When the coincidence rate failed to pass or the reference interval was not provided,the reference interval was established by a non-parametric method.Results The results of related parameters of red blood cells and white blood cells in each group were more than 90%within the reference range provided in Table 7 of the Multicenter Survey on Blood Routine Test Results of Healthy Elderly People in China,and the reference interval was verified.However,the platelet count(PLT)of men aged of 70 to 79 years old was only 83.41%within the reference range,which failed to pass the verification reference range.Through analysis,we obtained the red blood cell volume distribution width-coefficient of variation(RDW-CV),red blood cell volume distribution width-standard deviation(RDW-SD),PLT,mean platelet volume(MPV),thrombocyte hematocrit(PCT),platelet large cell ratio(P-LCR),and platelet distribution width(PDW)of elderly apparent healthy population in Suining area.The corresponding reference intervals were:40.3-52.6fL,11.9%-15.1%,(96-284)×10^(9)/L,10.8-23.5fL,23.3%-60.8%,0.12%-0.32%,and 9.7-14.6fL,respectively.The reference interval of PLT of elderly apparently healthy population in Suining area was consistent with that of Chengdu area,while t
