摘 要:传统润滑系统设计大多是先基于经验公式进行计算与设计,再通过试验进行验证的方法。针对传统润滑系统设计周期长、成本高的问题,提出基于Flowmaster的润滑系统设计方法。以某行星齿轮箱为例,对齿轮箱内各润滑点的生热情况进行分析计算,并初步设计润滑系统。结果表明:输入齿轮处的摩擦生热量最大,滑油需求量最多。通过Flowmaster软件搭建相应的润滑系统模型,对润滑系统性能进行稳态与瞬态仿真。Flowmaster仿真结果验证了所设计润滑系统可以满足齿轮箱的润滑需求。瞬态仿真结果表明,阀门的关闭速度会影响系统的流量和压力特性。Traditional lubrication system design is mostly based on empirical formula for calculation and design,and then verified by test.Aimed at the long design cycle and high cost of traditional lubrication system design,a design method based on Flowmaster software was proposed.Taking a planetary gearbox as an example,the heat generation of each lubrication point in the gearbox was analyzed and calculated,and the lubrication system was preliminarily designed.The results show that the friction heat generated at the input gear is the largest,the oil demand of the input gear is the largest.The corresponding lubrication system model was built by Flowmaster software,and the steady-state and transient simulation of the lubrication system performance was carried out.The simulation results verify that the designed lubrication system can meet the lubrication demand of the gearbox.The transient simulation results show that the closing speed of the valve will affect the flow and pressure characteristics of the system.
