摘 要:为提高变频调速液压系统的调节范围和响应速度,提出一种变频液压泵和定速液压泵组合的液压调速方案。建立系统数学模型,结合液压泵许用转速范围,给出两个液压泵的流量分配关系。以泵控马达液压系统为例,建立基于转速PID控制的系统仿真模型,对其调速性能进行验证。结果表明:采用所提的调速方案可实现转速连续平稳调节,液压泵的流量分配符合设计要求。To improve the regulating range and response speed of variable frequency hydraulic speed-regulating system,a hydraulic speed-regulating scheme combining variable frequency hydraulic pump and constant speed hydraulic pump was proposed.The mathematical model of the system was established,and combined with the allowable speed range of the hydraulic pump,the flow distribution relationship of the two hydraulic pumps was given.Taking the pump-control-motor hydraulic system as an example,a system simulation model based on speed PID control was established to verify its speed-regulation performance.The results show that by using the proposed speed regulation scheme,the motor rotary speed can be controlled continuously and stably,and the flow distribution of hydraulic pump meets the design requirements.
