摘  要:水泥混凝土整平机自动升降液压控制技术对于降低人工作业误差、提高平整作业的精度和质量非常关键。为了便于开展进一步的相关研究,进行自动升降液压控制系统仿真。首先运用ADAMS软件建立整平机整平板和激光接收器系统模型并进行仿真,论证了动力学模型可以很好地实现激光接收器与整平板的自动升降功能;然后运用AMESim软件进行整平板与激光接收器自动升降液压系统仿真。仿真结果表明:利用角位移传感器和位移传感器的输入、数据转换以及电磁换向阀的控制,分别实现了激光接收装置的自动升降功能和振动整平板的自动升降功能,对水泥混凝土路面平整度优化以及整平机动力特性研究提供参考。The automatic lifting hydraulic control technology of cement concrete leveling machine is very important for reducing the error of manual operation and improving the accuracy and quality of the leveling operation.In order to facilitate further related research,the automatic lifting hydraulic control system simulation was carried out.ADAMS software was used to establish and simulate the screed and laser receiver system model of the screed machine,and it was demonstrated that the dynamic model could be use to well realize the automatic lifting function of the laser receiver and screed.Then AMESim software was use to perform simulation for the screed and laser receiver system model.The simulation results show that the automatic lifting function of the laser receiver and the automatic lifting function of the vibrating screed are realized by the input of the angular displacement sensor and the displacement sensor,the data conversion and the control of the electromagnetic reversing valve.It provides reference for the cement concrete pavement evenness optimization and dynamic characteristics study of the leveler.
