摘 要:基于油浸式配电变压器油箱存在因短路力冲击而损坏问题,以一台500 kVA非晶配电变压器波纹油箱为研究对象,分别建立变压器器身和油箱三维模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对油箱受到轴向电磁力时其波纹片焊缝的形变和应变进行了瞬态动力学分析,油箱最大形变在波纹片波翅焊缝处,为0.046 mm,而最大应力位于波纹片、波纹片波翅焊缝与箱壁接触位置,为12.045 MPa。表明利用该方法对配电变压器油箱强度分析计算较为合理。The oil tank in oil-immersed distribution transformer may be damaged due to the short circuit force impact.Thus,the three dimensional finite element models of the transformer body and the corrugated oil tank in a 500 kVA amorphous distribution transformer are established respectively in ANSYS software.Transient dynamic analysis is carried out to determine the deformation and strain of the weld seams of the corrugated plates when the oil tank is subjected to axial electromagnetic force.The results show that the maximum deformation of the oil tank is 0.046 mm,located at the weld seam of corrugated fins.The maximum stress is 12.045 MPa,located at the contact position of the corrugated plate,the weld seam of corrugated fins and the tank wall.It shows that the strength analysis method of the oil tank in distribution transformer is reasonable.
