摘　　要：随着城市轨道交通的快速发展,地铁已成为城市公共交通的重要组成部分。地铁车辆维保的重要性逐渐受到重视。杭州地铁 1 号线运营车辆已进入第 1 个大修阶段,在城市轨道交通设备维护成本居高不下及港铁全寿命资产管理日趋成熟的基础上,结合前期积累的维修经验和数据,对引入港铁全寿命资产管理模式进行初步探索。With the widespread popularity of urban rail transit,electric passenger transit vehicles have become an important part of urban public transport.Its maintenance is increasingly receiving attention while benefiting people.The electric passenger transit vehicles operation of Hangzhou metro line 1 has entered the first overhaul stage.On the basis of the high maintenance cost of urban rail transit equipment and the mature MTR life cycle asset management,combined with the maintenance experience and data accumulated in the early stage,the introduction of MTR mode has been preliminarily explored.
