摘  要:为了研究不同浓度桉叶油(Eucalyptus oil,EO)和迷迭香油(Rosemary oil,RO)对柱花草青贮品质及蛋白组分的影响,采用双因素(青贮天数×精油添加剂)完全随机设计,精油添加剂设置试验组(0.5%EO,1%EO,0.5%RO和1%RO)和对照组(CK),青贮天数分别为3,7,14和30d,测定分析青贮品质指标和蛋白组分。结果表明,添加桉叶油和迷迭香油均能降低柱花草青贮的pH值、大肠菌群数量和氨态氮含量以及提升乳酸含量,有效抑制不良微生物的活性并提高青贮品质;添加桉叶油和迷迭香油也可以有效减少蛋白质分解,1%RO处理可以增加真蛋白含量,降低非蛋白氮和氨态氮的含量,利于营养保存和提高青贮品质;综合来看,以1%RO的添加比例对柱花草青贮品质的改善效果更为明显,可获得更为优质的青贮柱花草。To explore the effects of different concentrations of eucalyptus oil and rosemary oil on the quality and protein components of stylo(Stylosanthes guianensis)silage,a two-factor(ensiling days or essential oil additives)completely random design was used in this study.There were five experimental groups included,control(CK),0.5%and 1%eucalyptus oil(EO),and 0.5%and 1%rosemary oil(RO)groups,in which silage samples were collected after fermentation of 3,7,14 and 30 days,respectively,to analyze the silage quality and protein components.The results showed that in stylo silage,the addition of EO and RO could reduce pH value,coliform bacteria number and ammonium nitrogen content,and increase the content of lactic acid,which could effectively inhibit the activity of adverse microorganisms and improve the silage quality.Moreover,the addition of EO and RO can also effectively alleviate the decomposition of protein,in which the true protein content was increased,and contents of non-protein nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen were decreased in 1%RO group,having beneficial impacts on nutrient preservation and silage quality improvement.In summary,the addition of 1%RO had optimal effect on improving stylo silage quality,which can produce superior quality of silage.
