摘 要:目的探讨在妇产科的临床带教工作中,实施基于微信平台的翻转课堂教学模式的教学效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月临床实习的60名医学专业学生为研究对象,将2018年1月—2019年1月进行实习的29名实习生为对照组,2019年2月—2020年1月实习的31名实习生为观察组,对照组应用常规教学模式,观察组应用基于微信平台的翻转式教学模式,对比将2个月实习教学的效果。结果观察组学生客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)的考评情况上,在标准化病人(SP)问诊与技能操作成绩上均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组学生在对学习兴趣的激发、自主学习能力的培养、临床思维能力的提升、理论知识理解与记忆的提升、沟通交流能力的提升的各满意度评分上均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论妇产科教学工作中,实施基于微信平台的翻转式教学模式可显著提升教学效果,提高学生满意度,具有很高的临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of implementing the flipped classroom teaching model based on WeChat platform in the clinical teaching work of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Select 60 medical students in clinical practice from January 2018 to January 2020 as the research objects,and 29 intern students from January 2018 to January 2019 as the control group,February 2019-The 31 interns who practiced in January 2020 were the observation group.The control group applied the conventional teaching model,and the observation group applied the flipped teaching model based on the WeChat platform to compare the effect of two months of internship teaching.Results The scores of standardized patient(SP) interrogation and skill operation in the objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction scores of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,the implementation of the flipped teaching model based on the WeChat platform can significantly improve the teaching effect and improve student satisfaction.It has high clinical application value.
