摘  要:目的:研究蒙药复方--舒心康(SXK)对垂体后叶素(Pit)导致大鼠心肌缺血的影响,探讨其抗缺血性心脏病的药理作用及机制。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组和舒心康高、中、低剂量组;其中阳性对照组给予15 mg/kg马来酸依那普利,舒心康高、中、低剂量组给药剂量分别为40、20、10 mg/kg。采用大鼠尾静脉注射Pit(0.6 U/kg)制备急性心肌缺血模型,观察舒心康对造模后大鼠心电图(ECG)的影响,检测各组大鼠血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)以及心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化。结果:舒心康对Pit所致急性心肌缺血大鼠的心电图和心律具有一定改善作用,降低心肌缺血大鼠ECG的S-T段位移趋势;和模型组比较,舒心康能降低大鼠血清中CK、LDH和心肌组织中MDA水平,增加SOD的活力。结论:舒心康能较为有效地抑制Pit所致心肌缺血大鼠的症状,具有治疗缺血性心脏病的作用。Objective:To study the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of mongolian herbal compound of Shu Xin Kang(SXK)against myocardial ischemic induced by pituitrin(Pit)in rats.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,the positive control group(Enalpril Meteate,15 mg/kg)and the SXK groups of high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose(8 mg/kg,4 mg/kg,2 mg/kg).Acute myocardial ischemia(AMI)model was established by tail intravenous injection of Pit(0.6 U/kg)in rats.ECG changes,the serum contents of CK and LDH,as well as the myocardial levels of SOD and MDA were observed in the groups.Results:SXK could improve ECG and heart rhythm in rats with AMI caused by Pit.S-T displacement were improved after the intervention of SXK.The levels of CK,LDH and MDA were reduced,and SOD activity was increased in the SXK groups compared with those in the model group.Conclusion:SXK can effectively improve the symptoms of AMI induced by Pit,so as to play the role in the treatment of ischemic heart disease.
