摘  要:在进行工业重载齿轮渗碳后淬火的热处理工艺过程时,齿轮在炉内需要经过强渗和扩散两个阶段。通过硬度计、金相显微镜以及碳硫分析仪,对不同的强渗和扩散时间下处理的齿轮硬度、组织和含碳量进行分析,从而找到一个最适合的强渗和扩散的比值,既能满足齿轮的性能指标要求,又能缩短工艺过程时间,降低生产成本。以18CrNiMo7-6渗碳齿轮钢为研究对象,在渗碳层深为2 mm的情况下,当强渗和扩散的比值为4∶1时,工艺过程时间和性能指标能同时达到最优值。When the heat treatment process of carburizing and quenching is carried out for industrial heavy-duty gears. The gear in the furnace needs to go through two stages: intensive carburization and diffusion. The hardness, microstructure and carbon content of gears treated under different intensive carburization and diffusion time were analyzed by hardness tester, metallographic microscope and carbon sulfur analyzer, So as to find the most suitable ratio of intensive carburization and diffusion,It can not only meet the performance index requirements of gears, but also shorten the process time and reduce the production cost.18 CrNiMo7-6 carburized gear steel is taken as the research object, when the carburized layer is 2 mm deep, when the ratio of intensive carburization and diffusion is 4∶1, the process time and performance index can reach the optimal value at the same time.
