摘　　要：冷室压铸机是一种压射室和压射冲头不浸于熔融金属内的压铸机,它的工作原理是将熔融金属注入压射室内部,然后进行压射。近年来,国内汽车、摩托车、家用设备和3C产业迅速发展,压铸机和压铸产品的市场需求也越来越大。基于此,通过分析国内冷室压铸机的现状,提出了该设备的装配方案。Cold chamber die casting machine is a die casting machine in which the injection chamber and the injection punch are not immersed in the molten metal. By injecting the molten metal into the injection chamber, the machine is then injected.From the point of view of product application scope, die casting machine is an important device for the development of die casting industry, which includes many product fields and industrial categories. In recent years, the domestic automobile, motorcycle,household equipment and 3 C industries develop rapidly, and the market demand for die casting machines and die casting products is also increasing.Based on this, by analyzing the current situation of cold chamber die casting machine in China, the assembly scheme of the equipment is put forward.
