摘　　要：塔机标准节主弦杆是塔机的重要组成部分,主弦杆的质量会直接影响塔机质量以及施工安全。在标准节制作阶段,主弦杆的加工对整机质量起着决定性作用,因此就典型的塔机标准节主弦杆加工,对装夹及切削过程做了详细优化。The main chord in the standard section of the tower crane is an important part of the tower crane, and the its quality directly affects the quality and the construction safety of the tower crane. In the production stage of the standard section, the processing of the main chord plays a decisive role in the quality of the whole machine. This study has made a detailed optimization of the machining, clamping and cutting process of the typicalmain chord in the standard section of the tower crane.
