摘  要:亚临界自然循环锅炉的汽包是锅炉循环加热、汽水分离的枢纽。汽包水位是锅炉的主要参数,在锅炉运行过程中,控制好汽包水位才能保证锅炉各受热面的安全。汽包水位的调节通过自动控制锅炉给水量实现,其本质为使锅炉蒸发量与给水量保持平衡,以确保汽包水位在安全范围内波动。基于此,通对某火力发电厂330 MW亚临界机组锅炉运行中汽包水位异常导致锅炉主燃料跳闸(Main Fuel Trip,MFT)的原因进行分析,剖析了锅炉蒸发量与给水量失衡的管理根源,并制定了防范措施,确保了锅炉安全运行。The drum of subcritical natural circulation boiler is the hub of boiler circulating heating and steam water separation.The drum water level is the main parameter of the boiler. Only by controlling the drum water level during boiler operation can the safety of each heating surface of the boiler be ensured. The drum water level is adjusted by automatically controlling the boiler water supply. Its essence is to keep the boiler evaporation and water supply balanced and ensure that the drum water level fluctuates within a safe range. This paper analyzes the causes of boiler Main Fuel Trip(MFT) caused by abnormal drum water level during the boiler operation of 330 MW subcritical unit in a thermal power plant, analyzes the management root of the imbalance between boiler evaporation and water supply, and formulates preventive measures to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
