摘　　要：通过概述米轨平车用途、特点以及车体主要结构,介绍了出口米轨平车制造的工艺等,分析了该车型与国内外传统集装箱平车的结构差异,同时针对车体组焊工艺的难点和控制点提出了相应的解决措施,以保证该产品的生产质量。By summarizing the purpose, characteristics and main structure of meter gauge flat car, this paper introduces the manufacturing technology research process and manufacturing technology of export meter gauge flat car, analyzes the structural differences between this model and traditional container flat car at home and abroad, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the difficulties and control points of car body assembly and welding technology to ensure the product quality.
