摘  要:以北京航空材料研究院生产的高温合金薄壁涡轮导向器零件为研究对象,分析了其机械加工过程中的工装设计、设备选择、刀具选用及工艺路线,并研究了加工工艺、装夹方式及其压紧力对尺寸变形的影响,发现精加工后工件外圆的变形量会随精加工过程中轴向压紧力的增大而增加。高精度尺寸一般为最后加工,且仅在径向压紧工件时加工,工件外圆加工后基本不变形,更有利于保证高温合金工件的高精度尺寸。Take the high-temperature alloy thin-walled turbine nozzle produced by our company as an example, the tooling design, equipment selection, tool selection and process route of the machining process were analyzed, and the effect of processing technology, clamping method and pressing force on dimensional deformation were studied. The deformation of the outer circle of the finishing part increase with the addition of the axial pressing force during the finishing process. High-precision dimension is basically placed in the final processing, and when the part only be clamped with the radial pressing force, the outer circle of the part is basically not deformed after machined, which is more conducive to get the high-precision dimension of the high temperature alloy part.
