摘　　要：在现代化新型墙材的生产过程中,智能管控对新型墙材企业的产量、质量起着至关重要的作用。通过对新型墙材生产工艺的深入分析和实地考察,并结合实际生产工艺的需求,把自动配料和预加水系统引入智能管控,实现了设备集中管理、控制及数据分析,并且归纳总结了智能管控在自动精准配料及预加水等环节准确、高效生产的应用过程,从而简化了整个新型墙材生产过程,进一步实现了生产线的无人值守。In the production process of modern new wall materials, intelligent control plays a vital role in the output and quality of new wall materials enterprises. Through in-depth analysis and field investigation on the production process of new wall materials, and in combination with the requirements of the actual production process, the automatic batching and pre watering system is introduced into intelligent control to realize the centralized management, control and data analysis of equipment. The focus is to summarize the application process of intelligent control in the accurate and efficient production of automatic batching and pre watering, the whole production process of the new wall material is greatly simplified, and the unattended production line is further realized.
