规则的对应与逾越——唐五代笔记小说中人物的饮食行为与道德形象

摘　　要：本文以唐五代笔记小说为中心,梳理了颇为丰富的饮食书写资料。在此基础上,提炼归纳出以饮食细节描写人物道德品行的多种模式,进而阐述唐人的道德书写与饮食行为之间所存在的对应规则。由此看到,对应关系虽然各有不同,但书写模式相似,即通过饮食行为描写人性的良善与卑鄙,并出现情节反转,此类反转加强了对人物真实形象的刻画,构成了饮食与人物形象之间的关联。在情节反转的背后,存在着笔记作者及社会所认同的规则,情节的反转也通常同时是对规则的逾越。这种逾越建立在饮食等级性的基础之上。正是在这种对应与逾越之中,唐五代笔记小说构建了丰富而鲜明的人物形象。By sorting out the rich diet materials in the literary sketches of the Tang and Five Dynasties, this paper summarizes various modes of moral character, and then expounds the corresponding rules between moral writing and diet behavior. It can be seen that although the corresponding relations are different, the writing modes are similar, that is, describing the good and evil of human nature with diet behavior, and there is a plot reversal. This reversal strengthens the depiction of the characters and constitutes the relationship between food and characteristics. Behind the plot reversal, there are the rules recognized by the writers and the society, and the plot reversal is usually a violation of the rules simultaneously. This transcendence is based on the hierarchy of food. With the correspondence and transcendence, the literary sketches of the Tang and Five Dynasties created rich and distinctive characters.
