摘  要:目的探讨氯膦酸二钠脂质体对于小鼠膝骨关节炎(KOA)的治疗作用.方法将30只健康小鼠随机均分为对照组、空白组、治疗组,每组各10只,4、8周时在各组提取5个膝关节标本,采用PCR技术检测白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)的基因表达水平.结果4、8周时,空白组与治疗组IL-6及MMP-13表达水平,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组与空白组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),4周治疗组与8周治疗组IL-6及MMP-13表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论氯膦酸二钠脂质体能有效降低KOA小鼠关节液中的IL-6、MMP-13表达水平.Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of clodronate liposome on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)in mice.Methods 30 mice were randomly divided into three groupsrcontrol group,blank group and treatment group.Five knee joint specimens were extracted at 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively,and the expression levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and matrix metalloproteinase 13(MMP-13)were detected by PCR technique.Results The expression levels of IL-6 and MMP-13 in the blank group and the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 4 and 8 weeks(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of IL-6 and MMP-13 between the blank group and the treatment group at 4 and 8 weeks(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of IL-6 and MMP-13 between the 4 weeks treatment group and 8-weeks treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion Clodronate liposome can effectively reduce the expression of IL-6 and MMP-13 in synovial fluid of KOA mice.
