婴幼儿局部皮肤刺激协助排尿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨使用婴幼儿局部皮肤刺激排尿的方法协助留取尿液标本的效果.方法选取2019年3月至2020年2月尿路感染需留取尿标本的患儿266例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组按常规方法宣教指导留取尿液标本;观察组使用婴幼儿局部刺激排尿的方法协助排尿并留取尿液标本,比较两组留尿成功时间,入院后首次抗生素使用时间,中段尿标本污染情况,年龄分层后留尿成功率、主要照顾家属焦虑程度等指标.结果观察组2h内留尿成功率、中段尿标本合格率高于对照组(P<0.05).不同月龄比较,小月龄患儿使用刺激排尿的方法效果更好;观察组入院后首次抗生素执行时间、家属焦虑评分测定均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论婴幼儿局部皮肤刺激的方法能有效诱导患儿排尿、准确及时留取尿标本,一定程度提高标本合格率,减少家长的焦虑心情.Objective To observe the effect of local skin irritation on urination in infants to help get the urine samples.Methods A total of 266 children with urinary tract infections who were hospitalized in our department from March 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the stimulation group.The control group collected the urine specimens according to the routine method,and recorded the time of the children to collect in the urine successfully.The stimulation group used the method of local shin stimulating to assist in urinating and retaining urine.The success time of urine collection,time of first antibiotic use after admission,contamination of medistream urine specimens and the success rate of urine collection after age stratification were compared in the two groups.At the same time,the anxiety of the two groups of the families was assessed using the anxiety self-rating scale.Results Within 2 hours,the success rate of urine collection and qualified rate of specimens of the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Compared with difierent ages,the results showed that the method of local skin stimulating urination was better in infant with small age;the family members in the stimulation group were anxious.The scores and antibiotics execution time were better than the control group;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The method of local shin irritation of can effectively induce urination in infants,so that urine specimens can be taken in time and accurately,the qualified rate of specimens can be improved.
