摘 要:以某电厂八角双切圆燃烧方式锅炉为研究对象,计算50%THA负荷下锅炉水动力特性,前墙回路中各管流量偏差最大约20%,前墙水冷壁局部超温区域管流量较其周边回路管流量偏低约10%~12%,同时该些回路对应的区域为炉膛燃烧热角区域,热负荷分布高,更加容易造成该区域水冷壁局部超温。综合分析可以看出,低负荷时锅炉前墙各水冷壁管流量偏差不是造成水冷壁局部超温的主要原因,燃烧侧的炉膛热负荷分配不均是造成水冷壁局部壁温高的主要原因。通过二次风配风、二次风箱风门开度、过热度、磨煤机通风量和给煤量等调整,可以较好的解决水冷壁局部超温问题。优化调整后,水冷壁壁温超温值降低10~29℃,壁温未超过报警值(450℃),较好地提高锅炉低负荷运行的安全性,为同类型机组运行提供参考依据。Based on the boiler of octagonal double tangent circle combustion mode in a power plant,the hydrodynamic characteristics of the boiler under 50%THA load are calculated.The local overtemperature area of the front wall water wall is about 10%-12%lower than that of its peripheral circuit.High heat load distribution,more easy to cause local water wall overheating.It can be seen from the comprehensive analysis that the flow deviation of each water wall tube in the front wall of the boiler is not the main reason for the local overheating of the water wall at low load,and the uneven distribution of the furnace heat load on the combustion side is the main reason for the high local wall temperature of the water wall.The local overtemperature problem of water wall can be solved by adjusting the secondary air distribution,the opening of the secondary bellows,the superheat,the ventilation capacity of the coal mill and the coal supply.When optimized and adjusted,the overtemperature value of water wall temperature is reduced by 10℃-29℃,and the wall temperature does not exceed the alarm value(450℃),which can improve the safety of boiler low load operation and provide reference basis for the operation of the same type of unit.
