摘  要:基于根据蒸汽再热技术实施供热改造后的某300 MW亚临界机组,依据"等发电功率"+"等供热量"的原则,通过进行三组对比性的性能试验研究,分析了"纯凝通流改造+供热优化"对机组运行经济性的影响。重点研究改造前后供热工况下机组性能变化,并对比分析改造前后纯凝工况下的机组性能。分析得出:纯凝通流改造前后纯凝THA工况下汽轮机热耗率下降331.8kJ/kWh,折合供电煤耗率下降12.90g/kWh;供热优化后新供热方式与老供热方式相比同工况热耗率下降383.2kJ/kWh,折合供电煤耗率下降14.91g/kWh;纯凝通流改造和供热优化综合节能效果,同工况热耗率下降710.2kJ/kWh,折合供电煤耗率下降27.63g/kWh。供热优化节能(14.91g/kWh)在总节能量(27.63g/kWh)中占比为53.4%。For a 300 MW subcritical unit after heat supply transformation according to steam reheating technology,based on the principle of"equal power generation"+"equal heat supply",the influence of"pure condensing flow transformation+heat supply optimization"on the unit operation economy is analyzed through three groups of comparative performance tests.The performance changes of unit under heating condition before and after the transformation are studied,and the performance of unit under the pure condensation condition before and after the transformation is analyzed.The analysis shows that the heat rate of steam turbine decreases by 331.8 kJ/kWh and the coal consumption rate of power supply decreases by 12.90 g/kWh under the THA condition before and after the pure condensing flow transformation;compared with the old heating mode,the heat consumption rate of the new heating mode decreased by 383.2 kJ/kWh and the coal consumption rate decreased by 14.91 g/kWh;the comprehensive energy-saving effect of pure condensing flow transformation and heat supply optimization shows that the heat consumption rate under the same working condition is reduced by 710.2 kJ/kWh,and the coal consumption rate of power supply is reduced by 27.63 g/kWh.The proportion of energy saving of heat supply optimization(14.91 g/kWh)in total energy saving(27.63 g/kWh)is 53.4%.
