摘　　要：目的探讨跖疣电灼术后外用乳酸依沙吖啶湿敷的临床疗效及美容作用。方法选取2017年7月至2020年7月于朝阳市第二医院皮肤科接受跖疣电灼术治疗的跖疣患者102例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各51例。两组常规给予跖疣电灼术治疗,术后对照组给予生肌膏,观察组采用乳酸依沙吖啶湿敷。随访2个月,比较两组疗效、术区愈合指标、美容度评分及不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率是98.04%,较对照组的82.35%更高(P<0.05)。观察组炎症渗出时长和肉芽增生时长较对照组更短(P<0.05)。治疗后两组温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率是5.88%,较对照组的19.61%更低(P<0.05)。结论跖疣电灼术后外用乳酸依沙吖啶湿敷的临床疗效较好,还具有较好的美容作用,安全性较好。Objective To explore the clinical effect and cosmetic effect of rivanol wet compress after electric cauterization.Methods From July 2017 to July 2020,a total of 102 plantar wart patients with electric cauterization were selected as the research objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 51 cases in each group.Both groups were routine treatment.After operation,the control group was given Shengji Ointment,and the observation group was given rivanol wet compress.Followed up for 2 months,the curative effect,healing index,beauty score and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98.04%.Compared with the control group of 82.35%,it was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the duration of inflammatory exudation and granulation hyperplasia in the observation group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).After treatment,the VSS scores of the 2 groups were significantly lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.88%,compared with the control group of 19.61%,it was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of rivanol wet compress after electric cauterization is better,and also has the good beauty function,better safety.
