摘  要:以苯膦酰二氯(DCPPO)和对苯二酚(HQ)为原料,通过熔融缩聚法合成了高分子量阻燃剂聚苯膦酰对苯二酚酯(PPH)。系统的研究了物料配比、反应时间和温度与特性粘度η_(int)的关系,确定了适宜的反应条件。通过FTIR、^(1)H NMR确定了产物的分子结构,凝胶渗透色谱GPC测得产物重均分子量为M_(w)=3.81×10^(3),并采用热分析仪(TG)对其热稳定性进行了表征,研究表明PPH起始分解温度为502.9℃,800℃时残炭量为44.3%,具有很高的热稳定性和成炭率,在工程塑料阻燃中具有很好的应用前景。A poly-phosphonate flame retardant polystyrene phosphono-oxy methyl hydroquinone(PPH)was synthesized by melt-polycondensation with dichlorophenylphosphine oxide(DCPPO)and hydroquinone(HQ)as raw materials.Investigated the relationship between material ratio system,reaction time and reaction temperature and the intrinsic viscosity(η_(int))and determine the optimum conditions,the relationship between the appropriate reaction conditions were determined.By FT-IR,^(1 )HNMR determine the molecular structure of the product,as measured by gel permeation chromatography GPC weight average molecular weight of the product of M_(w)=3.81×10^(3),and the thermal analyzer(TG)were used to characterize its thermal stability,PPH research shows that the initial decomposition temperature of 502.9℃,when the temperature was 800℃,the char yield was 44.3%,As a consequence,the flame retardant has a high thermal stability and carbon yield.
