白色污染的现状分析及其绿色化防治

摘　　要：塑料以其优异的特性,给人类生活和生产带来了极大便利,但是废塑料没有得到妥善处理也给环境造成污染,称“白色污染”,是指不易降解的废弃塑料制品对于环境的污染。随着我国城市化进程不断加快,人民生活水平不断提高,日常生活所产生的塑料垃圾成倍增加,白色污染日益严重,危害着人们的身体健康,严重破坏着动植物的生存环境,因此,防治白色污染刻不容缓。主要防治包括:提高我国公民环保意识,完善相应法律法规,加强对生产塑料制品部门的监督和管理,大力实施垃圾分类,推广可降解塑料,倡导使用绿色包装。Plastic with its excellent characteristics,has brought great convenience to human life and production,but waste plastic has not been properly treated also caused environmental pollution,called"white pollution",refers to the environmental pollution of waste plastic products that are not easy to degrade.With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,people's living standards continue to improve,daily life generated by plastic waste multiplied,white pollution is becoming more and more serious,endangering people's health,seriously damaging the living environment of animals and plants,therefore,the prevention and control of white pollution is urgent.The main prevention and control measures include:improving the awareness of environmental protection among Chinese citizens,perfecting relevant laws and regulations,strengthening the supervision and management of the departments producing plastic products,vigorously implementing garbage classification,promoting degradable plastics,and advocating the use of green packaging.
