摘 要:目前,海上平台主要采用自发电模式供电,带来了一系列节能环保上的风险和问题。为积极响应国家环保要求,未来海上油田的电力供应模式会逐渐变成岸电的趋势,导致其原有的平台管理模式发生改变。本文结合海上油气田的生产管理现状,参考电力行业标准、规程,借鉴相关变电站生产管理良好实践,对海上变电站的管理进行分析,制定出一套适用于岸电模式的海上油气田生产管理制度,以保证海上油田顺利从自发电转换为岸电应用模式,保障海上生产任务顺利进行。At present,offshore platforms mainly use self-generation mode for power supply,which brings a series of risks and problems in energy conservation and environmental protection.In order to actively respond to national environmental protection requirements,the power supply mode of offshore oilfields will gradually become the trend of shore power in the future,leading to changes in its original platform management mode.This article combines the current production management status of offshore oil and gas fields,refers to the standards and regulations of the electric power industry,draws on the good practices of related substation production management,analyzes the management of offshore substations,and develops a set of offshore oil and gas field production management systems suitable for shore power mode to ensure offshore oilfields have successfully switched from self-power generation to shore power application mode to ensure the smooth progress of offshore production tasks.
