摘　　要：为了解江西省竹笋中重金属污染现状。分别于2015年2月至2020年12月收集江西省40个县(市、区)的259份竹笋,测定其As、Hg、Pb、Cd、Cr这5种重金属元素的含量,并利用单因子污染指数法和综合污染指数法来评价竹笋中的As、Hg、Pb、Cd、Cr污染水平。江西省各(县、区)所测元素的含量总体平均值均未超标;As、Hg、Pb、Cd、Cr的单因子污染指数平均值分别为0.2317、0.3458、0.5922、0.4295、0.2758;综合污染指数评价分析结果表明218份样品处于未污染状态,占总样本的84.17%;31份样品处于警戒限,尚清洁水平,占总样本的11.96%;5份样品处于轻度污染,占总样本的1.93%;2份样品处于中度污染,占总样本的0.78%;3份样品处于重度污染,占总样本的1.16%。江西省大部分地区竹笋并未受到重金属元素的污染,处于安全水平。In order to understand the current status of heavy metal pollution in bamboo shoots in Jiangxi Province.Collect 259 bamboo shoots from 40 counties(cities,districts)in Jiangxi Province were collected from February 2015 to December 2020,and the content of As,Hg,Pb,Cd,and Cr of the samples were measured.The single factor pollution index method and the comprehensive pollution index method were used to evaluate the pollution levels of As,Hg,Pb,Cd,and Cr in the bamboo shoots.The results showed that the overall average content of the measured elements in each(county,district)of Jiangxi Province did not exceed the standard;The average single factor pollution index of As,Hg,Pb,Cd,Cr were 0.2317,0.3458,0.5922,0.4295,0.2758 respectively;The comprehensive pollution index evaluation and analysis results showed that 218 samples were in uncontaminated state,accounting for 84.17%of the total samples;31 samples were in the alert limit and still at a clean level,accounting for 11.96%of the total samples;5 samples were slightly polluted,accounting for 1.93%of the samples;2 samples were moderately contaminated,accounting for 0.78%of the total samples;3 samples were severely contaminated,accounting for 1.16%of the total samples.Bamboo shoots in most areas of Jiangxi Province were not polluted by heavy metal elements and were at a safe level.
