布鲁菌病合并肝脓肿、全血细胞减少各1例临床分析

摘　　要：报道布鲁菌病少见并发症肝脓肿、全血细胞减少各1例。其中1例患者的肝脏2个较大脓肿,最大径均>5.0 cm,未行穿刺引流,经抗布鲁菌病药物治疗后脓肿病灶完全消失;1例患者外周血全血细胞减少,血小板计数最低至14×10^(9)/L,经抗布鲁菌病药物治疗后外周血常规检查正常。提示认识布鲁菌病少见并发症,尽早识别、诊断及规范治疗,以改善患者预后。Two brucellosis patients with rare complications are presented in this report.In case 1,abdominal CT showed two liver abscesses with the maximum diameter>5.0 cm,no puncture and drainage were given.After treatment with anti brucellosis drugs,the abscess lesions disappeared completely.Case 2 had pancytopenia,the platelet count was reduced to 14×10^(9)/L.After anti brucellosis drug treatment the peripheral blood routine returned to normal.These two cases of rare complications of brucellosis suggests that early identification,diagnosis and treatment can improve the clinical outcomes of the patients.
