摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎是常见的慢性自身免疫性疾病,病程长且较难治愈。生物制剂等药物治疗效果好,但患者无法承担其高昂的费用。为了达到经济有效治疗的目的,亟需对我国类风湿性关节炎治疗进行药物经济学评价。本文通过系统检索数据库相关文献,系统评价我国类风湿性关节炎药物经济学评价的研究现状,以研究方法、模型建立等方面为重点进行探讨,以期为今后我国类风湿性关节炎药物经济学评价研究提供参考。Rheumatoid arthritis is a common chronic autoimmune disease with a long course and difficult to cure.Although the health benefits achieved by using the biologic disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs are notable,patients cannot afford those agents.In order to achieve the purpose of economical and effective treatment,it is urgent to evaluate the pharmacoeconomics of rheumatoid arthritis in China.Relevant databases were searched to collect relevant literature to systematically review the pharmacoeconomics of rheumatoid arthritis in China.This paper focused on the research methods and models to provide reference for the further study of pharmacoeconomic evaluation of rheumatoid arthritis in China.
