参附注射液治疗老年多器官功能不全综合征的研究进展

摘　　要：随着老龄化社会的到来老年多器官功能不全综合征的发病率逐年增加,其发病机制复杂,病死率高居不下,严重危害人类的健康。参附汤是回阳救逆代表方,研究表明在参附汤基础上萃取加工而成的参附注射液对治疗老年多器官功能不全综合征有着良好的疗效,通过复习相关文献,显示参附注射液主要通过提高机体免疫功能、减轻炎症反应、调整能量代谢、改善微循环及凝血功能等途径发生作用。将近年来参附注射液治疗老年多器官功能不全综合征的报道研究从理论基础、药理研究、临床疗效和机制研究4个方面做一详细综述,以期为以后深入阐明参附注射液治疗老年多器官功能不全综合征的作用机制和该方的开发及临床推广提供一定的科学参考。With the aging society,the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in the elderly(MODSE)is increasing year by year.The pathogenesis is complex and the fatality rate of MODSE is high,which seriously endangers human health.Shenfu Decoction is a representative prescription for restoring Yang and restoring reverie,studies have shown that Shenfu injection,extracted and processed on the basis of Shenfu Decoction,has a good efficacy in the treatment of MODSE.Through the review of relevant literature,the possible mechanism Shenfu injection are improving immune function,reducing inflammatory response,adjusting energy metabolism,improving microcirculation and coagulation function.This review summarizes the reported research on Shenfu injection in the treatment of MODSE in recent years from four aspects:theoretical basis,pharmacological research,clinical efficacy and mechanism research,in order to provide a certain scientific reference for further clarifying the action mechanism of Shenfu injection in the treatment of MODSE and its development and clinical promotion.
